Reputation

Knick is known to the public to be a young Kryptonian hero trying to follow in the footsteps of the likes of the JLA. While an experienced hero he has a bit of a temper still at times, and is rather cocky occasionally as well. Among the scientific community he is exceptionally well known. Various technologies he has developed and sold have revolutionized several fields and make him untold millions annually, much of which goes to various charities. It is common knowledge that he has several bases of operation on, and off, Earth as well as that he has a lose affiliation of heroes around him under the code name Unity. Not a group so much as a support system in some ways.

He is quite popular, particularly among the teen age and younger set much like Superboy, and has a number of fan clubs and Internet sites dedicated to him. He has turned down all licensing deals so far but does make appearances for charities at times. Recently it has come to light that he is in a romantic relationship with Superboy, and public opinion was a little shaky for a time. But as time has passed things have returned largely to normal, though he has a few more vocal critics then he once did.
