New DCUO Character Page

To create a new DCUO character page:

Search for the name of the character and if the resulting page doesn't exist, then you can add that character using the link in the phrase 'Create the page "[Searched Character]" on this wiki!"'

Copy and fill in the relevant info for your character and "Save page" when complete:

Copy all of the above except for the tags and place into new character's bio page.
